Productivity Tool #1: Trello – Both for life and business

Trello is number one tool for everyday life and business. I do it to organize my shopping list and I use it to organize my meeting agendas, content creation ideas, this newsletter content organizing, my immigration tasks in Canada, organizing my Instagram hashtag sets, etc.
It has both web and mobile apps and interestingly, both of those are useful. I use them combined.
Trello app is very lightweight on mobile and in spite of a lot of capabilities, it runs smoothly without any crash or problems on my iOS device.
Trello has both free and paid membership. After years of using it, I am still using the free version and it is more than enough for my purposes.
Trello helps teams move work forward.
Collaborate, manage projects, and reach new productivity peaks. From high rises to the home office, the way your team works is unique—accomplish it all with Trello.
It’s more than work. It’s a way of working together.
Start with a Trello board, lists, and cards. Customize and expand with more features as your teamwork grows. Manage projects, organize tasks, and build team spirit—all in one place.
Features to help your team succeed
Powering a productive team means using a powerful tool (and plenty of snacks). From meetings and projects to events and goal setting, Trello’s intuitive features give any team the ability to quickly set up and customize workflows for just about anything.
Integrate top work tools
Easily connect the apps your team already uses into your Trello workflow, or add a Power-Up that helps fine-tune one specific need. With hundreds of Power-Ups available, your team’s workflow wishes are covered.

Productivity Tool #2: Miro – The online whiteboard for easy collaboration

Miro is a fast, free, and simple-to-use online whiteboard built to help you collaborate with others any time, anywhere.
Miro is one of the most important tools that I am dependent on. I use it to create workflows, to share design with my clients, to document and organize my mind with brainstorming and mind mapping templates that are built in Miro.
I am a digital marketer and entrepreneur and so my mind is always full of new ideas, new tasks, new projects, etc.
Before Miro, I had to document everything in a word document and I am sure you do agree with me that organizing, prioritizing, cleaning, sharing word documents is not an easy job.
Now, I have a very sophisticated and full of ideas mind mapping board on Miro. Every time a new idea comes to my mind, I go and immediately add it as a new node under New Ideas node in Miro. Then after a while, I come back to my Miro board and organize and clean my list of ideas. Or, I may move an idea to a new node that needs to be brainstormed with my team. During the brainstorming meeting, I document every thing under that idea, so, nothing will be forgotten EVER!
Another node is about my services. I offere many services, from digital products, services, membership packages, coaching packages, etc. Each of them have pricing, target audience, specifications, etc. So, it is very easy to mix-up them and to become confused. In Miro, I can see all of them just as node under my Services and I can easily edit/modify/add or delete from the board.
Be careful! when you start using Miro, you will be addicted and will never be able to do the same job without using Miro.
